We've marinated frozen chicken breast and london broil overnight (separately - not at the same time) in the Q2U sauce, then placed in the crock pot and slow cooked for 6-8 hours. It makes a wonderful chicken or beef BBQ! Of course, we always use it on pork, but you guys already know all about that!!
 
 

 

Buy meat (pork, steak, chicken, shrimp). Take out of package and put in Tupperware. Add Q-2-U sauce to marinade. Put back in refrigerator to marinade.

When ready to cook - take out of refrigerator, put on grill. When finished - Eat up and enjoy!

 
 

 
Grilled Pickles:
Dust kosher dill pickle spears heavily with Q-2-U dry rub.  Grill skin down at 300º for 5 minutes.  Turn just long enough to create grill marks on other sides, then cut into small chunks and serve with toothpicks.
